Sunday mornings

Many children and young people (collectively known as Junior Church) enjoy playing an active part in the life of the church.

Junior church groups of all ages meet as part of the 10:30 Sunday morning service, following the pattern decribed below.

Morning Service This is a 'normal' Sunday morning service. Junior Church join the adults in the service and then leave for their groups after 20 minutes.
Family Service Usually on the 3rd Sunday in the month. Junior Church join the adults for the whole service which is geared to suit all ages.
Holy Communion Usually on the 1st Sunday in the month. Junior Church start the service in their various groups and then join the adults at about 11:30, just before communion.

The services sometimes change and fall on a different Sunday in the month. Please check the services plan.

Not sure which group you should be in? Find your age below (you move up from one group to the next in September when you go up a school year).

Creche 0 to 2 years
Little Glories 2 to 4 years
Scramblers & Climbers 4 to 7 years
Explorers 7 to 11 years
Pathfinders 11 to 14 years
Apprentices 14 to 18 years

During the week

Impax is a youth group for 11 - 15 year olds which meets on Wednesdays at Paxcroft Mead Community Centre.

Many of the teenagers in the church also meet during the week in Youth Cells.
